• To be informative and patient in assisting you through your training.

• To provide you with informative training manuals, wherever possible, for you to refer to.

• To deal with any difficulties you may encounter in a prompt and efficient way in line with our Policies.

• The Company will retain all your data, within GDPR guidelines.

• The Company will endeavour to communicate with you during business working hours which are Monday - Friday 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.

 

Your Promise to Us

 

• You fully read and accept all our Terms and Conditions, including cancellation notice and charges.

• If prior learning/pre-course work is required, you will undertake this prior to attending the course.

• Respect must be given to all Company employees in line with our Zero Tolerance Policy.

• Health and Safety Policies and advice provided by trainers, on training days, must be adhered to.

• You are prohibited from attending the course if under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• The training materials provided by the Company, Louise Bain Aesthetics Academy are the property of the Company and you are forbidden from copying or reselling any part.

• The Company’s reputation shall not be brought into disrepute via the internet, press or in any other way.

• Any complaint you may have should follow our formal Complaints Policy Process.
